John Bel Edwards earlier today halting any gathering of more than 250 people amidst the threat of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) , the 11th Annual Spring Street Car Show scheduled for Saturday, March 14, 2020 9 a.m.-2 p.m.has been postponed til a later date. The 2021 Mardi Gras season in ‘Little Carnival Capital’ is cancelled but the spirit of carnival time continues.
